You must be a registered patient of the practice to schedule an appointment. If you are not currently a patient of the practice and wish to be please visit the for patient tab and complete the new patient registration. Patient engagement review new patient registrations daily.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks.
Our billing cycle generates statements on the 3rd Monday of each month. You will be notified of a balance on your account electronically via a text 2 pay notification. This notification is sent via text, email or voicemail depending on your communications preferences.
Timely payment for the services provided by our office is expected to remain in good standing with the practice. Accounts that receive 3 statements without payment or a payment plan established may be subject to collections actions. Accounts with unresolved collections action may be subject to discharge from the practice.
