We participate with most insurance plans, including Blue Cross, BCN, Aetna, United Healthcare, Priority Health, Medicare, and most Medicaid plans.
Please note that we do not accept McLaren Medicaid, and there are some narrow Blue Cross/BCN plans with which we may not be in network.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider before scheduling an appointment to confirm coverage for services rendered at our office.
If your plan requires a referral to see a specialist, our office must receive that referral before we are able to schedule your appointment.
