Insurance Plans
Our office participates with most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross, BCN, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Priority Health, and Medicare. We are in network with the vast majority of BCN plans; however, certain narrow-network Blue Cross and BCN Silver, Bronze, and Gold plans may be excluded.
Our Medicaid panel is currently closed. We are not accepting new patients with Traditional Medicaid or Medicaid managed care plans, including Healthy Michigan and McLaren Medicaid. Please check back in the spring for updates on enrollment availability.
We recommend contacting your insurance carrier before scheduling to confirm that our office is in network with your specific plan.
Referral Requirements
A global referral issued through your insurance plan is different from a physician’s referral. Depending on your insurance, you may need both. If your plan requires a global referral, you are responsible for obtaining it through your primary care physician or pediatrician. Our office must receive any required referrals before we can schedule your first appointment.
Patients Without Insurance
We welcome patients without insurance. Patients without active insurance coverage are required to keep a credit card on file, and payment for services is collected on the day of the appointment. We will assist you with setting up your card on file during the registration and scheduling process.
